Feminova Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy, allowing you to return products within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Initiating a Return

Promotions and Reshipments

If your subscription order included a promotional offer such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free, any reshipments will NOT include the free item or additional promotional items.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not cover the cost of return shipping labels. Ensure that you use a reliable shipping service and retain the tracking information, as we are not liable for lost or undelivered return shipments.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@tryfeminova.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to rectify it.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item once the return is accepted.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, our customer support team will assist you in retrieving your item from the local post office or arrange for reshipment at your expense.
