  • Once billed and processed, subscription orders cannot be canceled as they begin shipping immediately.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@voulora.zendesk.com.
  • If you cancel after being billed for the next shipment, the cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle, and you will still receive the last shipment you paid for.
