Order Cancellation

  • For subscription orders, cancellations must be made before the next billing date. Subscription orders cannot be canceled once they have been billed and processed for shipment.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, including wrong addresses or missing apartment numbers.
  • If an order has an incomplete address, our customer support team will guide you on how to retrieve your item from your local post office.

Shipping Protection

  • If you purchased shipping protection and your order is lost in transit, we will reship it for you.
  • Orders held at your local post office for retrieval are not eligible for reshipment.
